House!!!

I put an offer in today for a house. Mum is hyperventilating with panic attacks, Dad and I are calmly looking at her like she's snapped. Tomorrow, I'll find out if the offer is accepted and we'll alter the amounts until we can get acceptance. I'm targetting approximately $125,000.00

There's a few things I'd like to change in it, but I don't need to paint/wallpaper/change carpets, etc immediately. It's in great condition, wonderful layout. Very happy. Very excited. Fingers VERY crossed.

Hopefully, by the end of this week I can have the conditions off (on my offer) and know whether it's gonna be mine or not!
