Productivity Sucketh

I'm meeting with The Wench to discuss 2004 pricing -- at her house. Oh joy, because, yeah, I want to drive out to Brampton. *sigh*

Anyway, I forced myself to get up at 4am, showered, dressed and came into the office to take care of some little finicky things that need to be done to make this meeting earlier. And, wow, I'm better than I thought. I'm 14 minutes ahead of schedule, and if I quit procrastinating, I can get the last 80 entries done and have an hour to spare before I need to leave for Brampton. How cool is that?

Family reunion was okay. I had a lovely time chatting with my father's cousins. I ignored my own cousins for the most part because I really can't stand them. Spoke briefly to Colin, my... 2nd or 3rd cousins. I feel rather badly for him. He's stuck in a relationship with a girl who I suspect deliberately got pregnant to trap him and did a great job of it. However, that said, he's an amazing father to Kaylie.

Hrm. Anything else to add? No. Other than I bloody tired. And, claris, I won't be in the office after 9am my time, just so you know.

I survived a 16 hour workday.

I shall now go crawl into the cozy cave I call my bedroom, snuggle with the duvet, and will this exhausting world away for a minimum of 8 hours. At which time, the madness shall begin again.

Why? Because, the Wench did bugger-all last week. And the deadline? FRIDAY!

*sigh* So much for going to the wood-show in Durham with Dad. Damn. Damn. Damn. And, hey... the new 2004 IKEA catalogue is out and I didn't get a copy. I'm feeling slighted! SLIGHTED! *grr*
