Squats and Lunges do thighs good. This is my chant. (Along side of "3 sets, 15; 3 sets, 15")

Add to that, chocolate-chip cookies (even if they do have oatmeal in them) should NOT be in the house of a woman trying to stick to eating only healthy foods. It's a painful tempation. So, I rewarded myself with a cookie for being a good girl today, not killing anyone, and still having my workout.

At this rate, I may break the winter's unhealthy-eating habit. I hope.

Also? I love my bowflex.
