Plumbing 101 continues...
Jan. 21st, 2007 04:46 pmSo, the new faucet in the bathroom, though expensive SUCKS. The cartrige already needs changes. (Insert Growl Here). Fine. I can deal with that. Not happily, but fine.
However, I bought a new kitchen faucet with side spray, discovered the countertop is a little bit... damaged, and have just ordered a new counter top. In the meantime, the new faucet has just been installed, and I'm proud to say with only one little issue of frustration, it was easy. The tightness of the space was a challenge, as was the fact the holes in the counter-top weren't exactly right. Fixed. Done. Works great. Not leaking. Woo!
I shall now go to my 'rents for my well earned dinner. After-which, I shall caulk the new taps, and consider doing battle with the bathroom sink.
Go team me! (Yes, so modest, I is.)
