Cap'n Fitness!
Jan. 10th, 2003 09:30 pmI feel uber better about the world. Amazing what nearly two full hours of physical exercise can do to sweat those little demons out of a girl's head. Now, my work-based irritations and vexations are purged, and I can deal. Bonus: No work tomorrow!
And because I'm sure someone will say "WHAT are you doing 2 hours of exercise on?"... it does seem like a lot, don't it? A warm up, 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes run, 20 minute cycling and 10-15 minutes on abs. Then, I swam for another 20 minutes.
I'm pooped but less cranky.
