Pathetic. Truly pathetic.

Terrorists are the lamest asswholes evah. Whatever their excuse, they always act covertly to achieve their ends, and then send out a statement.

But, those that take children as hostages to achieve their wants? They make terrorists look honourable. I really have no problem with acts of warfare, it's as old as mankind. It's the weapons and some methodology employed that annoys me. If you really want to kill someone, have the balls to be right in their face, see their eyes, feel the personality and life you are taking. If you're still keen to kill that person, feel free. Go with my blessing.

We've depersonalized war / violence with modern weapons. And I think that's where it's all gone wrong in mankind's civilization.

And this small thoughtful rant was brought to you by the death of a 3 year old child in a hostage situation gone bad in northern Cambodia. Disgraceful.
